NURS 2064 - Medical Surgical Nursing II

Examines the application of the nursing process to adults in acute care settings to provide quality patient-centered care utilizing evidenced-based practices. Principles of prioritization, management, and delegation are analyzed in the care of adults with complex health care needs. To pass this course, students must pass NURS 2065 . Offered FA, SP

Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in NURS 2044 , NURS 2053 , NURS 2080 , and BIOL 2051 ;  credit for NURS 2046  and NURS 2054 ; and a grade of C” or higher or enrollment in NURS 2048 .
Corequisite(s): NURS 2065
