Solving equations and inequalities; function properties and graphs; linear, quadratic, polynomial, exponential, and logarithmic functions, with an emphasis on applications. Not intended for STEM or Business majors. Students cannot use both this course and MATH 1021 to meet a degree’s requirements. Offered Fall, Spring, Summer
Prerequisite(s): Math ACT of 19 or higher or a grade of “C” or better in MATH 0092
