The Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BACC) equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary for managing a company or an organization’s financial information and tax documents. Accounting graduates pursue a variety of paths after graduation. Most seek careers in public accounting (including auditing, tax preparation, and business consulting) and private accounting (including financial accounting, management accounting, and internal auditing). Some continue their education and earn a Master of Science in Accounting or a Master of Business Administration with (or without) a concentration in Accounting. Others attend law school.

Admission Requirements
Students must meet all requirements for admission to the university. The Bachelor of Science in Accounting has no separate or special admission requirements.
Degree Requirements

Students must complete all of the requirements pertaining to baccalaureate degrees as specified in .

A maximum of four hours of KINS activity courses can be counted for the degree. KINS professional courses are not included in this four-hour limit.

Students are required to make a grade of “C” or higher in each Business Core and Accounting Major course.
